大鼠正畸牙移动中牙周组织Wnt10b和β-catenin的表达研究

The expression of Wnt10b and β-catenin in periodontal tissue during orthodontic tooth movement in rats

摘要: [摘要]目的:通过观察Wnt10b和β-catenin在大鼠正畸牙齿移动牙周组织中的表达,初步探讨Wnt10b和β-catenin在正畸牙齿移动牙周组织改建中的作用。方法:建立30只雄性SD大鼠左侧上颌第一磨牙近中移动模型。右侧上颌第一磨牙不加力作为自身对照。分别在牙齿移动1d、3d、5d、7d、10d、14d时处死动物,制取上颌标本。进行免疫组织化学分析。结果:对照组大鼠牙周组织中,Wnt10b和β-catenin低表达。实验组牙周组织中,β-catenin表达增加在各时间点均有显著差异,Wnt10b仅在5d、7d、10d时有显著差异。结论:Wnt10b和β-catenin参与了正畸牙齿移动中牙周组织改建。

Abstract: Abstact:Objective: To investigate the expression of Wnt10b and β-catenin in periodontal tissue during experimental tooth movement in rats. Materials and Methods: 30 Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats’ left maxillary molars movement models were established. The right maxillary molars without force application served as control. At 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, and 14 days after force application, the rats were sacrificed. Immunohistochemical staining was used to investigate the expression of Wnt10b and β-catenin in rats periodontal tissue. Results: The expression of Wnt10b and β-catenin was weak in the periodontal tissue of the control group. In the experimental group, β-catenin expression was significantly higher on both sides at every time point, and Wnt10b expression was significantly higher on both sides at 5, 7, and 10 days. Conclusions: These results indicate that Wnt10b and β-catenin play an important role during periodontal tissue remodeling of orthodontic tooth movement.
