电离辐射对体外培养成骨细胞影响的研究进展

Advances in ionizing radiation’s effects on osteoblasts cultured in vitro

摘要: [摘要] 作为头颈部恶性肿瘤治疗的一种重要手段,放射治疗不可避免地会对周围正常的骨组织产生副作用。利用体外细胞模型,研究证实射线可抑制成骨细胞的增殖,引起DNA分子损伤以及细胞周期的改变,而射线对其分化能力的影响结论却并不一致。该文就电离辐射对体外培养成骨细胞的影响研究作一综述。

Abstract: Abstract: As an important modality in the treatment of head and neck malignancies,radiation therapy has adverse side effects on regional normal osseous tissue inevitably.Using in vitro cell model,the studies confirmed that ionizing radiation inhibited the proliferation of the osteoblasts.Additionally,it induced DNA damage and cell cycle arrest in osteoblasts.However,the influence of ionizing radiation on cellular differentiation was not consistent.This paper reviewed of the effects of ionizing radiation on osteoblasts in vitro.
