泰州市3～6岁儿童龋病流行现状调查

摘要： 摘要目的了解泰州市3~6岁儿童龋病流行状况，为龋病防治提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法，参考《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案》，对泰州市7154名3~6岁儿童进行调查，对患龋率和龋齿充填率进行描述性分析。结果泰州市3~6岁儿童患龋率为57.80%，男性为57.60%、女性为58.26%，患龋率均随着年龄的增加而呈升高趋势；3~6岁儿童龋齿充填率为1.11%，男性为1.14%，女性为0.99%；公办幼儿园3~6岁儿童患龋率为49.76%，低于民办幼儿园的65.00%，而龋齿填充率为1.82%，则高于民办幼儿园的0.44%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论泰州市3~6岁儿童患龋率高，龋齿充填率低，尤其是民办幼儿园儿童口腔健康状况显著差于公办幼儿园，提示需要进一步强化口腔卫生保健宣传工作。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To make an epidemiological investigation on dental caries disease among children from 3 to 6 years old in Taizhou city, and to provide scientific basis for dental caries prevention. Methods 7154 children from 3 to 6 years old in Taizhou city were selected by random cluster sampling method. All children were examined according to the Third National Oral Health Investigation. The caries prevalence and caries filling rate were descriptively analyzed. Results The caries prevalence was 57.80%, for male it was 57.60%, and for female 58.26%. The caries prevalence increased with age. The caries filling rate was 1.11%, for male it was 1.14%, and for female 0.99%. The caries prevalence of children in public kindergartens was 49.76%, which was lower than 65.00% in the private kindergarten, while the caries filling rate was 1.82%, which was higher than 0.44% in the private kindergarten. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The caries prevalence of children 3 to 6 years old in Taizhou city was high, but the caries filling rate was low. Especially, the children's oral health status in private kindergarten was significantly worse than that in public kindergartens, suggesting the need of further strengthening the oral health care.
