摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨血管化骨膜-结缔组织夹层瓣修复上颌美学区软组织缺损的临床效果。方法收集上颌美学区大量软组织缺损的种植病例14例，给予血管化骨膜-结缔组织夹层瓣修复，通过观察水平向和垂直向软组织增量及其变化，对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 14例患者都取得了良好的软组织增量，且在随访时间内，水平向及垂直向软组织变化均≤1 mm。结论血管化骨膜-结缔组织夹层瓣是一种可靠、稳定的上颌美学区软组织增量方法。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the clinical effect of vascularized interpositional periosteal-connective tissue graft (VIP-CT graft) for soft tissue augmentation in the maxillary aesthetic region. Methods Clinical data of the 14 patients with soft tissue defect, who had received dental implants accompanied with VIP-CT graft, were studied retrospectively, through observing the soft tissue augmentations and the changes horizontally and vertically. Results 14 cases obtained good soft tissue augmentations and the changes in the horizontal and vertical directions were both ≤1 mm in the follow-up time. Conclusions VIP-CT graft technique is a reliable and stable method for soft tissue augmentation in the maxillary aesthetic region.
