摘要： 软骨母细胞瘤（chondroblastoma）是一种罕见的良性成软骨性肿瘤，在所有原发性骨肿瘤中，软骨母细胞瘤的发生率不到1%，好发于长骨的骨骺端，发生于颅颌面部极为少见。本文报道1例原发于髁突的软骨母细胞瘤，结合中外文献探讨其影像学表现。

Abstract: Chondroblastoma is a rare osseous tumor, whose incidence is less than 1% in all primary bone tumors. It is also a benign cartilaginous tumor, which affects the epiphyseal regions of the tubular bones. The tumor occurring in the head and neck region is uncommon. This paper reported one case about the primary condylar chondroblastoma and reviewed the relevant literature to discuss the radiographic features.
