口腔扁平苔藓患者血清肝酶与尿酸的测定及临床意义

Measurement and clinical significance of serum liver enzymes and uric acid in patients with oral lichen planus

摘要: 目的 通过分析口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus, OLP)患者血清肝酶与尿酸等指标,探讨这些指标与OLP之间的相关性。方法 OLP患者157例作为研究组,健康体检者169例作为对照组,对两组患者的血清肝酶与尿酸水平进行检测,采用独立样本t检验与卡方检验进行组间分析,采用非条件logistic回归分析法分析相关指标与OLP发病之间的关系。结果 两组患者的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)表达水平差异无统计学意义、OLP患者的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平高于正常对照组,尿酸(UA)水平低于正常对照组,且组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Logistic回归分析提示血清LDH与UA水平和OLP发病相关。结论 OLP患者血清LDH水平升高、UA水平下降,可能可以作为OLP监测与随访的生物学标志。

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the serum liver enzymes and uric acid in patients with oral lichen planus, and discuss the correlation between these indexes and OLP. Method:A retrospective analysis was made of 157 OLP patients in the stomatology department of Jiangsu Stomatological Hospital and Suqian people's Hospital of Nanjing drum-tower hospital group as the study group and 169 healthy subjects as the control group. The levels of serum liver enzymes and uric acid in the two groups were detected. Independent sample t-test and chi-square test were used for inter-group analysis, and unconditional logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between related indexes and the incidence of OLP. Results: There was no significant difference in the expression of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and creatine phosphate kinase (CK) between the two groups. The level of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) in OLP patients was higher than that in control group, while the level of uric acid (UA) was lower than that in control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p < 0.05), logistic regression analysis showed that serum LDH and UA was correlated with incidence of OLP. Conclusion: The serum LDH level increased and the UA level decreased in patients with OLP, which may be used as biomarkers for monitoring and follow-up of OLP.
