摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨上颌磨牙龋源性残冠截根术治疗的临床效果，以指导临床工作。方法：患者知情同意后，选择上颌磨牙龋源性残冠30颗，行截根术治疗后，常规根管治疗、牙周系统治疗，术后3个月及6个月评价患牙的治疗效果。结果：截根术后6个月复查，30颗患牙中28颗行截根术治疗有效，其中1颗出现根折，1颗出现牙周脓肿。结论：上颌磨牙龋源性残冠经截根术治疗后有效果。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinic effect of root amputation of maxillary molar with residual crowns for caries, guiding clinical work. Methods: After informed consent, 30 maxillary molar residual crown resulting from caries were selected. As for every tooth, the amputation of one root or two was performed, and root canal treatment plus periodontal therapy was done. The prognosis was evaluated 3 months and 6 months after the amputation. Result: 6 months later, the amputation of 28 teeth was successful. One tooth failed due to root fracture, and another due to periodontal abscess. Conclusion: Root amputation of maxillary molar residual crown for caries can be effective.
