噬菌体对口腔疾病发生发展和治疗的影响及机制

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 噬菌体是特异性感染细菌、真菌等微生物的病毒，是人类口腔生态系统中具有特异性的重要组成部分。在口腔微生物群落、牙菌斑和咽峡部微生物群落中均匀分布有多种噬菌体，与细菌群落相互作用，维持着口腔微生态系统的稳定。许多研究显示，噬菌体与口腔疾病的发生发展相关，并且在相关口腔疾病的治疗中发挥重要作用。本文对噬菌体在口腔微生物群落中的分布特点及其在口腔疾病发生发展和治疗的作用和机制进行综述，旨在为相关口腔疾病的发病机制及临床治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract: Bacteriophage is a kind of virus that specifically infects microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi, and is a specific and important part of the oral ecosystem. A variety of phages are evenly distributed in the oral microbial community, dental plaque and pharyngeal isthmus community. Their interaction with the bacterial community maintains the stability of the oral micro-ecological system. Previous studies have shown that phages relate to the development of oral diseases and play an important role in the treatment of related oral diseases. This article reviews the distribution characteristics of bacteriophage in oral microbial communities, as well as its role and mechanism in the occurrence, development and treatment of oral diseases, aiming to provide some new ideas for the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of related oral diseases.
