摘要/Abstract

摘要：

透析相关淀粉样变(dialysis-related amyloidosis,DRA)是长期血液透析患者严重的并发症。发生在口腔黏膜的DRA极为罕见。该病例报道一位透析7年后发现舌淀粉样变的患者,并对口腔DRA的诊疗思路进行阐述。

关键词: 透析相关淀粉样变, 口腔黏膜, 血液透析

Abstract:

Dialysis-related amyloidosis (DRA) is a serious complication of long-term hemodialysis patients. DRA in oral mucosa is extremely rare to see. In this case, we reported a patient with tongue amyloidosis which was found after 7 years of dialysis, and described the diagnosis and treatment of oral DRA.
