瘦素在种植体骨结合中的作用研究

摘要: 摘要:目的:体外实验研究瘦素对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞在纯钛表面增殖、分化的影响。 方法:将体外培养的SD大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞接种于钛片表面,实验组加入50nmol/L瘦素,比较实验组与对照组ALP、OC的含量,以及MTT法检测瘦素对细胞增殖的影响。 结果:实验组与对照组之间ALP、OC情况均有统计学差异(P<0.05),对细胞增殖无明显促进作用。 结论:瘦素能够促进钛片表面骨髓间充质干细胞的分化。

Abstract: Abstract Objective:To observe the effects of leptin on the proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) in vitro. Methods:Sprague Dawley rat derived BMSCs were cultured and located on the surface of titanium disc in the 6-well plate. 50nmol/L leptin was added into the experimental group, compare the difference of the activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and osteocalcin(OC) between the experimental group and the control group, and the proliferative activity was examined by MTT. Results:There were significant differences in the activity of ALP and OC between the experimental and control groups(P<0.05), no difference was found in the cell proliferation. Conclusion:Leptin can stimulate the differentiation of BMSCs on titanium surface in vitro.
