摘要: [摘要] microRNAs(miRNAs)是在真核生物中发现的一类内源性的具有调控功能的非编码RNA,参与了各种重要的细胞生物学过程。研究表明miRNAs能够调控成骨细胞,破骨细胞,软骨细胞和成脂分化,维持骨形成和骨吸收的平衡,是生物器官发育和某些骨代谢疾病的重要调控因子,该文就在这些方面的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: MicroRNAs(miRNAs) was found in eukaryotes, which has the function of regulation and control of a class of endogenous non-coding RNA, and participates in a variety of important cytobiology processes. Current literature indicates that miRNAs can regulate the differentiation and bone absorption. They also regulate the ossification of cartilage. Therefore, miRNAs are powerful regulators for biological organ development and some metabolic bone diseases. In this paper, the research progress of these aspects is summarized.
