口腔医院修复科医生噪声暴露水平的测量与分析

Measurement and analysis of noise in prosthodontists

摘要: 目的 通过测量诊室工作日及修复科医生日常常规操作产生的噪声,分析修复医生的噪声暴露水平。 方法 ①诊室工作日9点到10点,定点监测诊室噪声1 h;②单机情况下,测量修复医生进行7项常规操作时15、30、45 cm处的噪声。 结果 ①修复科诊室环境噪声为63.6~73.5 dB。②单机情况下,各操作距离增加噪声量降低,组间差异具有统计学意义。噪声强度对听力系统无危害。 结论 修复科医生的噪声暴露强度对听力系统没有潜在危害,但需关注噪声频率,神经系统和心血管系统的危害。医生工作过程中维持规范姿势有利于噪声保护。

Abstract: Objective To measure noise made by prosthodontists on workdays and in normal operations, and analyze noise exposure of prosthodontists. Methods ①The noise of clinic on workday was measured from 9am-10am at the same location. ②In the case of only one operation working, the noise of normal operation was measured at 15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm. Results ①Environment noise of prosthodontic clinic was 63.6-73.5 dB. ②In the case of only one operation working, noise declined when measuring distance increased. The difference between the groups was statistically significant. The intensity of noise did not harm the hearing system. Conclusion Although the intensity of noise did not harm prosthodontists' hearing system, the frequency of noise ,the harm to nervous and cardiovascular systems should be focused .It benefits noise protection when prosthodontists keep standard gesture .
