种植体周围炎动物模型的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 种植体周围炎是口腔种植修复的常见并发症，发病率较高。依据与人类牙周组织结构和疾病发展过程的相似程度选择合适的动物，使用不同方法建立动物模型进行实验研究，可以进一步掌握疾病的发病机制、病程发展、病理特点，为临床更准确地评估和诊断疾病，制定合理的治疗方案，提供理论依据。本文就实验动物模型的选材、建模方法以及相关科学研究进展等进行了系统综述。

Abstract: Peri-implantitis is a common complication of implantation. the incidence of which is high. According to the similar degree of human periodontal tissue structure and disease development, the suitable animals were selected, and the animal models were established by different methods for experimental study. The pathogenesis, development process, pathological characteristics can be further explored and more accurate diagnosis, assessments and appropriate therapies can be made. This paper introduces the selection of experiment animal, establishment methods as well as related researching status.
