摘要: 在义齿临床种植过程中,形成良好的类似“袖口”状的生物学封闭防止上皮细胞的根方迁移具有关键意义。由于纯钛种植体自身并不具备抗菌能力,所以,对其进行表面处理,得到合适的表面形貌,对于提高种植成功率而言意义重大。研究主要通过分析种植体-软组织的界面特征及生物学宽度,并探讨不同纯钛表面处理对于组织生物学、人牙龈成纤维细胞形态以及增殖活性的影响。

Abstract:  During the clinical implantation of implants,it is critical to form a good biological closure like “cuff” to prevent root migration of epithelial cells. Dealing with pure titanium implant surface to get a suitable surface topography is important for increasing the success rate of planting,due to the fact that the pure titanium implants themselves have no antibacterial ability. The study mainly focuses on the analysis of interface characteristics and biological width of implant-soft tissue and explores the effects of different pure titanium surface treatments on tissue biology, human gingival fibroblast morphology and proliferation activity.
