摘要： 上颌前方牵引器因其成本低，促近上颌骨发育效果明显的优势成为国内外正畸医生采用最广泛的矫治骨性III类错牙合畸形的矫治方法。前方牵引的效果受多因素影响，同时也会对颅面部其他结构产生影响。本文就前方牵引的机制，时机，以及影响前牵治疗效果的影响因素，治疗后对颅面部其他结构的影响以及在实际临床治疗中的应用予以综述。

Abstract: The maxillary protraction device has become the most widely used orthodontic orthodontic treatment for skeletal class III malocclusion due to its low cost and excellent effect on maxillary growth. The effect of anterior traction is influenced by multiple factors, and it also affects the other structures of the craniofacial region. This article reviews the mechanism and timing of anterior traction, the factors that affect the effect of pretraction therapy, the influence of other structures after craniofacial treatment and the application in clinical practice.
