摘要: 通过相关文献深入理解刃状边缘全瓷冠与牙周组织的关系,根据体外抗折实验了解刃状边缘对各类全瓷冠强度的影响;体内临床随访研究表明刃状边缘全瓷冠在中短期内能达到和其他边缘形式同样的机械性能与牙周组织健康和稳定性,但长期性能仍有待观察。本文对今后临床上全瓷修复的预备方式有一定的参考价值,为获得修复体与生物组织之间更契合、更健康、更持久的相互关系给予相应指导。
