龈沟液成分及含量变化与糖尿病及心血管疾病的关系

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 牙周病与多种系统性疾病相关。其中与糖尿病和心血管疾病之间的关系是近年来的研究热点。龈沟液成分的种类和含量可受到糖尿病、心血管疾病的影响而发生变化。分析龈沟液有关成分的变化可提示疾病的进展，并且可以了解这些疾病如何影响牙周病的进展。本文就牙周病患者龈沟液成分与糖尿病及心血管疾病的相关性做一综述。

Abstract: 　Periodontal disease is related to a variety of systemic diseases. Thereinto, the research of relationship between diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease is a hot topic in recent years. The type and content of gingival crevicular fluid may be affected by diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease. Analysis of changes in the components of gingival crevicular fluid can indicate the progression of these conditions. It can also be used to learn how these diseases affect the progression of periodontal disease. The correlation of gingival crevicular fluid composition of periodontal patients and diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease will be reviewed.
