磁性纳米材料在口腔疾病诊治中的应用

Application of magnetic nanomaterials in diagnosis and treatment of oral diseases

摘要: 磁性纳米材料具有多种优良性能,是目前生物医学领域的研究热点之一。目前磁性纳米材料已经在一些口腔常见疾病的诊治中开展研究,主要包括了:基于磁性纳米材料的电化学免疫方法应用于口腔黏膜病的早期诊断;磁性纳米材料加入纤维支架材料,诱导口腔细胞定向分化应用于骨及牙再生研究;磁性纳米颗粒改性的抗菌牙科材料防治口腔感染性疾病。本文回顾了近年来磁性纳米材料应用于常见口腔疾病诊治的研究进展。

Abstract: Magnetic nanomaterials have a variety of excellent properties, making it a research hotspot in the field of biomedicine. At present, magnetic nanomaterials have been studied in the diagnosis and treatment of some common oral diseases, including the early diagnosis of oral mucosal disease realized by electrochemical immunization based on magnetic nanomaterials;magnetic nanomaterials added to fiber scaffolds to induce directional differentiation of oral cells so as to achieve bone and tooth regeneration;magnetic nanoparticles used to prevent and cure oral infectious diseases by modifying antibacterial dental materials. This paper reviews the recent progress of magnetic nanomaterials in the diagnosis and treatment of common oral diseases.
