摘要:
骨性Ⅱ类错𬌗畸形是以上颌前突和(或)下颌后缩为主要特征的错𬌗畸形。近年来,骨性Ⅱ类病例的下颌平面角控制逐渐成为讨论焦点,例如下颌后缩病例期望逆旋下颌平面以改善侧貌、磨牙远移病例担忧下颌平面顺旋会影响侧貌等。不同文献间的结果存在争议,本综述探讨后牙压低、后牙伸长、Ⅱ类牵引、磨牙远移和下颌前导等对下颌平面角的影响,期望能为临床医生提供参考。
