Advances of new fillers in enhancing the wear resistance of dental resin composites

摘要: 目前光固化复合树脂广泛应用于口腔修复治疗,对其性能的研究也越来越多。复合树脂的耐磨性是决定临床疗效的重要因素。本文就复合树脂磨损机制,磨损研究实验室方法以及增强耐磨性的新型填料等方面作一综述。

Abstract: Currently, light-cured composite resin has been extensively used in dentistry, and studies about the property of such materials are increasing. The resistance to wear of resin composite is an important factor that determines the clinical success. This article reviewed the wear mechanism of resin composite, laboratory wear test methods, and new fillers having been used to improve wear performance.
