硬组织矿化中1型胶原蛋白作用的研究进展

摘要: [摘要] 人体硬组织矿化过程中无机矿物在生物大分子蛋白,多糖等的诱导作用下沉积在胶原纤维中,形成矿化胶原。胶原在生物矿化的不同阶段有十分重要的作用。矿化的类型和程度影响骨和牙本质的质和量进而影响其在生物体内相应的功能。因此, 重建矿化胶原的等级机构和深入理解Ⅰ型胶原蛋白在生物矿化中作用可以为揭示生物矿化机理,制备新型骨牙修复材料以及骨组织工程和牙再生研究提供有益的启示。本文就Ⅰ型胶原蛋白在硬组织矿化中作用研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: During biomineralization of hard tissues, minerals deposit on the collagen , then form mineralized collagen with the induction of biological macromolecules proteins, polysaccharides and so on. Collagen has a very important role in different stages of biomineralization. Types and levels of bone and dentin mineralization affect the quality and quantity of its corresponding function in vivo. Therefore, restoration of hierarchical structures of the mineralized collagen matrix and a thorough understanding of the underlying role of type 1 collagen can provide useful reference for preparing new bone and dentin repair material and tissue-engineered substitutes .This review discusses the research progress of the role of type 1 collagen in biomineralization .
