显微CT在牙体牙髓病学研究中的应用

Application of Micro-CT in the study of operative dentistry and endodontics

摘要: 显微CT(micro- computed tomography,Micro-CT或μCT)是一种具有极高分辨率的能显示物质内部结构三维空间分布的影像学手段。它能在不破坏样品的情况下观察到包括牙体硬组织及牙髓腔在内的牙齿内部的结构,并能精确计算根管体积、表面积等参数,也可以通过有限元分析计算其力学性质,因而日益受到牙科研究者们的关注。本文就Micro-CT在牙体牙髓病学研究中的应用作一综述。

Abstract: Abstract: Micro-computed tomography(Micro-CT or μCT) is an imaging method with high resolution to show the three-dimensional spatial distribution of the internal structure of teeth, which can observe the inner structure of teeth including hard dental tissues and dental pulp cavity without destroying the original objects. It is possible to measure and calculate many parameters such as the volume and surface area of the root canal. Even mechanical properties can be calculated by finite element analysis(FEA). Thus, it is attracting dental researchers' attention. This paper reviewed its application in the study of operative dentistry and endodontics.
