摘要: 摘要:基质金属蛋白酶-13(matrix metalloproteinase, MMP-13),是基质金属蛋白酶家族中重要的一员,以无活性的酶原形式分泌。参与人体的正常生理和病理过程,能够单独或者协同其他的基质金属蛋白酶降解细胞外基质,在体内的多种细胞中均有表达。该文拟对MMP-13表达水平的异常变化与常见口腔疾病如牙周炎、根尖周炎、口腔鳞状细胞癌等发生、发展间的密切联系作一综述

Abstract: Abstract:Matrix metalloproteinase-13 (MMP-13),is an important member of the matrix metalloproteinase family and is secreted by inactive zymogen.It has been involved in the normal physiological and pathological processes of the human body and can degrade the extracellular matrix alone or in combination with other Matrix metalloproteinases, which are expressed in a variety of cells in the body. This article intends to summarize the close relationship between abnormal changes of MMP-13 expression and common oral diseases such as periodontitis, apical periodontitis and oral squamous cell carcinoma.
