摘要: 镍钛根管器械由特殊镍钛合金加工而成,凭借其优良的柔韧性和根管成形能力等优势,广泛应用于临床根管预备中。临床工作中,镍钛根管器械在重复使用时,通常使用高压蒸汽灭菌进行消毒。近年来,高压蒸汽灭菌对镍钛根管器械物理性能的影响备受学者关注。本文就高压蒸汽灭菌对镍钛根管器械表面形貌、抗折断性、切割效率的影响、高压蒸汽灭菌与热弹性等方面的研究进展进行综述,以便为临床使用提供参考。

Abstract: Nickel-titanium root canal instrument is a kind of root canal instrument processed by special nickel-titanium alloy. It is widely used in clinical root canal preparation due to its excellent flexibility, root canal forming ability and advantages of saving time and labor.In clinical use, nickel-titanium root canal instruments are typically sterilized using autoclaving when reused. In recent years, the influence of autoclave sterilization on physical properties of nickel-titanium root canal instruments has attracted much attention. In this paper, the research progress on the surface topology, fatigue resistance, cutting efficiency and autoclave sterilization and thermoelasticity of nickel-titanium rotary instruments is reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical use.
