Runx2在下颌髁突软骨发育、改建中的作用研究进展

Progress of research on effects of Runx2 on the development and remodeling of mandibular condylar cartilage

摘要: Runt相关转录因子2(Runx2)是一种蛋白转录因子,广泛参与多种生物过程。近年来的研究显示,Runx2 是髁突软骨发育的关键调控因子,参与髁突软骨增殖分化、功能改建和病变等进程。本文就Runx2在下颌髁突软骨发育、改建和关节病变中的作用作一综述。

Abstract: Runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx2) is a protein transcription factor, which is involved in a variety of biological processes. In recent years, studies have shown that Runx2 is a key regulator of condylar cartilage development, involving in the process of condylar cartilage proliferation and differentiation, functional remodeling and pathological changes. This article reviews the effects of Runx2 on the development, remodeling and joint diseases of mandibular condylar cartilage.
