作者简介:房兵,上海交通大学口腔医学院二级教授,博士生导师,主任医师。1999年毕业于上海第二医科大学获博士学位,并赴美国芝加哥伊立诺州立大学牙学院访问。现任上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔正畸科主任。中华口腔医学会口腔正畸专委会候任主任委员,中华口腔医学会口腔美学专委会副主任委员,英国爱丁堡皇家外科学院院士,世界正畸联盟理事,《中华口腔正畸学杂志》副主编等。坚持临床一线工作近30余年,一直从事口腔正畸的医教研工作。主编学术专著9部,主译学术专著4部,领衔撰写中华口腔医学会指南、全国团体标准及专家共识3项。已发表SCI论文70余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项,重点项目1项,科技部重大研发项目1项,授权专利37项,实现成果转化4项。曾获上海市毕业后教育优秀教学成果、上海交通大学教书育人奖二等奖、上海交通大学医学院杰出带教老师、上海九院十佳教师等教学荣誉8项。曾获得中国女医师协会五洲女子科技奖、上海市医树奖·临床医学科技创新奖一等奖、中华口腔医学会科技进步三等奖,参与获得上海市科技进步一等奖、教育部科技进步二等奖等省部级奖励8项。

摘要：

颞下颌关节紊乱病(temporomandibular disorders,TMD)是一组影响颞下颌关节、咀嚼肌系统、牙齿咬合甚至全身多种结构的病症,因其病因机制不清、临床表现复杂,使其成为口腔医学领域的临床难点之一。TMD是正畸初诊患者中的常见症状之一,正畸医生在临床工作中不可避免地会接触到相关问题。因此正畸医生需要积极面对并通过深入地学习,更加深刻地理解TMD的分类、诊断及其发病机制并学习相关的治疗手段,积极应对临床中的TMD相关问题,并努力在TMD的多学科联合治疗中起到更加重要的作用。

Abstract:

Temporomandibular disorders(TMD)are a group of symptoms related to the temporomandibular joint, masticatory muscles, dental occlusion, and various structures of the body. It is one of the most difficult problems in the field of dentistry due to its unclear etiology and complex clinical manifestations. TMD is one of the most common symptoms in first-visit orthodontic patients, and orthodontists inevitably face TMD patients during clinical practice. Therefore, orthodontists should be proactive and keep learning to gain a deeper understanding of the classification, diagnosis, and pathogenesis of TMD and study the methods for TMD treatment, in order to play a more important role in the multidisciplinary treatment of TMD.
