Application of ICam4D photogrammetry in implant-supported fixed full-arch prosthesis: A case report and literature review

摘要: 种植支持式固定义齿修复能够较理想地恢复患者的咀嚼功能,已成为一种安全、有效的无牙颌重建方案。摄影测量技术目前已应用于口腔种植的数字化印模制取,可将患者口内的种植体位置虚拟地转移到计算机辅助设计软件程序中,并用于制作种植体支持的修复体。该文报告了1例应用ICam4D摄影测量系统的无牙颌即刻种植即刻修复病例,并从摄影测量系统的技术原理、技术优势、应用局限性等方面进行文献综述。

Abstract: Implant-supported fixed denture is a safe and effective method for edentulous jaw restoration. Photogrammetry technology has been applied to the digital impression of oral implants, which can virtually transfer the implant position in patient's mouth to a computer-aided design software program and be used to make implant-supported prostheses. This paper reports a case of edentulous maxillary immediate implant and immediate restoration with ICam4D photogrammetry system, and reviews the literature from aspects of technical principles, technical advantages and application limitations of photogrammetry system.
