摘要: β-抑制蛋白2是抑制蛋白家族成员,主要通过G蛋白偶联受体(G protein-coupled receptor, GPCR)信号通路传导以及参与多种炎症信号通路在炎症性疾病中发挥重要作用。本文回顾了β-抑制蛋白2的结构功能,并就β-抑制蛋白2在炎症性疾病中的作用机制进行综述。

Abstract: β-arrestin 2 belongs to the inhibitory protein family which plays a pivotal role in inflammatory diseases, and it involves in inflammatory diseases through the G protein-coupled receptor(GPCR) signal transduction pathway and its participation in various signaling pathways. In this paper we review the function of β-arrestin 2 and summarize the mechanism of β-arrestin 2 in inflammatory diseases.
