摘要:

研究牙周组织再生可为牙槽骨缺损提供可能的临床应对策略,牙周膜干细胞作为重要的种子细胞在牙槽骨修复中发挥着重要的作用。长链非编码RNA可作为竞争性内源性RNA在转录后水平发挥重要调控作用。该文就长链非编码RNA介导微小RNA对牙周膜干细胞在生理状态、炎症微环境以及力学刺激下的成骨分化机制进行综述。

Abstract:

The study on periodontal tissue regeneration can provide a possible clinical coping strategy for alveolar bone defect. As an important seed cell, periodontal stem cells play an important role in alveolar bone repair. Long non-coding RNA, as competing endogenous RNA, can play an important regulatory role in post-transcriptional levels. This paper reviews the mechanism of lncRNA-mediated miRNA on osteogenic differentiation of PDLSCs under physiological state, inflammatory microenvironment and mechanical stimulation.
