摘要:

颌骨骨折愈合不良严重影响患者的面部形态及口腔功能,且治疗过程复杂。本文系统综述了颌骨骨折愈合不良的定义、危险因素,重点探讨不同类型愈合不良的综合治疗策略,并分析了特殊类型骨折愈合不良的处理策略。同时,介绍了生物学辅助疗法和物理刺激疗法的发展,为临床医生提供全面、前沿的诊疗参考。

关键词: 颌骨骨折, 骨折愈合, 数字化外科技术, 骨形态发生蛋白

Abstract:

Bone healing complications following jaw fractures can markedly impair facial morphology and oral function and are often difficult to manage. This review summarizes the definition and risk factors of bone healing complications in jaw fractures, with a particular focus on comprehensive management principles for different healing patterns. Treatment strategies for special fracture types are also discussed, along with recent advances in adjuvant biological therapies and physical stimulation modalities relevant to clinical practice.
