氯仿、二甲苯、右旋柠檬烯去除离体牙根充物的效果比较

Effects of chloroform, xylene, d-limonene on removing fillings in roots in vitro

摘要: 目的 比较氯仿、二甲苯、右旋柠檬烯三种溶剂对根管再治疗时辅助通畅根管的效果。 方法 60颗下颌第一前磨牙随机分为3组,各30颗。根管充填1周后,用不同溶剂辅助通畅清理根管,比较所用临床时间和辅助溶剂使用量。 结果 氯仿组通畅至原有工作长度耗时最少(P<0.05),但其总的临床操作时间、使用溶剂量和二甲苯组无明显区别。右旋柠檬烯组的各种临床操作时间均明显较长(P<0.05),且溶剂使用量明显较多(P<0.05)。 结论 临床操作中,若需较快通畅根管,可用二甲苯代替氯仿,若对操作时间无严格要求,右旋柠檬烯则是较好选择。

Abstract: Objective To compare the effects of chloroform, xylene, d-limonene on cleaning root canals in root canal retreatment. Methods 60 mandibular first premolars were randomly divided into three groups, with 20 teeth in each group . A week after root canal filling,different solvents were used to help clean root canals. The treatment time and the volume of the solvents used were compared. Results Chloroform group consumed the least time to get the original working-length. But its overall clinical operation time and amount of solvent used was not significantly different with those of xylene group(P<0.05). All kinds of clinical operation time were significantly longer in d-limonene group(P<0.05), and more solvent was used(P<0.05). Conclusions In clinical operations, xylene can be used instead of chloroform for fast root canal cleaning. If there is no strict requirement on operating time, d-limonene may be a better choice.
