骨皮质切开术对大鼠牙移动影响的实验研究

Experimental study on effect of corticotomy surgery on tooth movement of rats

摘要: 目的 建立骨皮质切开术正畸牙移动实验动物模型,观察移动速率和对牙周组织改建的影响。方法75只SD大鼠,实验组35只行上颌双侧中切牙骨皮质切开术,1周后与对照组35只同时进行正畸加力,空白对照组5只不进行加力。按不同加力时间处死,测量牙齿移动的距离,观察组织学改变。 结果实验组2周时牙齿移动距离(3.471±0.359) mm,对照组为(1.247±0.198) mm,具有显著性差异;HE染色结果表明,实验组牙周膜内玻璃样变组织的形成相对于对照组来说,范围缩小,时间缩短。结论骨皮质切开术能够加速正畸牙移动。

Abstract: Objective To establish the experimental animal model of orthodontic tooth movement with alveolar corticotomy surgery and observe the speed of tooth movement and the influence on the remodeling of the periodontal tissue of rats. Methods 75 SpragueDawley rats were selected. Bilateral maxillary central incisor corticotomy was performed on 35 rats (experimental group) and after 1 week conventional orthodontic appliance was used on them to move the teeth like other 35 rats in the control group. Another 5 rats served as baseline control group. Tooth movement distance was measured and the histological changes were observed. Results After 2 weeks,the tooth movement distance of the corticotomy group was (3.471±0.359) mm,compared with (1.247±0.198) mm in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups. HE staining results showed that the forming range of the periodontal ligament hyalinized tissue was smaller in the experimental group than that in the control group,and the time was shorter as well. Conclusions Alveolar corticotomy surgery can accelerate the orthodontic movement.
