Abstract: Permanent teeth curved deformity caused by deciduous teeth trauma was rare in clinics.The mandibular incisors with double root canals were often neglected. This article was a case report of a permanent teeth curved deformity caused by mandibular deciduous incisor traumawith complicated periapicalitis and root canal sidewall perforation of double root canals. This study also discussed the treatment methods and points for attention.
