摘要/Abstract

摘要： [摘要] 目的：探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏在智齿冠周炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法：选择门诊中下颌智齿冠周炎患者200例，随机分为试验组(A组)和对照组（B组)。两组常规采用双氧水加生理盐水冲洗后，A组冠周袋内放置盐酸米诺环素软膏；B组冠周袋内放置碘甘油。结果：经一次治疗后，A组的治愈率为77%，B组为16%，两组之间差异有显著性。结论：在智齿冠周炎治疗中使用盐酸米诺环素软膏，有效的改善了临床症状，缩短了疗程，减少了患者的复诊次数，获得了较好的临床疗效。

Abstract: Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hydrochloride minocycline ointment in the treatment of pericoronitis. Methods 200 cases of mandibular pericoronitis patients were randomly divided into test group (A), and the control group (B). Two groups of conventional were rinsed by saline plus hydrogen peroxide, A group were coated hydrochloride minocycline ointment; iodine glycerin coated to B group. Results A group have a better effect than B group. Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment was used in the treatment of pericoronitis which effectively improve the clinical symptoms and get a better clinical outcome.
