纤维桩联合辅桩与半贵金属铸造桩修复漏斗状残根残冠的临床疗效比较

Application of Repairing the Flared Root Canals with Fiber Post Combined with Accessory Post and Semi-precious Metal Cast Post Core

摘要: 目的:观察半贵金属铸造桩核和玻璃纤维主辅桩树脂核两种方法修复漏斗状的残根残冠的临床疗效 方法:选取2012年5月-2013年5月期间共68颗完善根管治疗的漏斗状残根残冠,其中32颗用半贵金属铸造桩核修复,36颗用纤维主辅桩树脂核修复,冠部均为烤瓷冠修复,随访1到2年,比较临床效果 结果:半贵金属铸造桩核组存留率87.5%,纤维主辅桩树脂核组存留率100%,两组存留率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 结论:纤维主辅桩树脂核修复漏斗状的残根残冠的临床效果好于半贵金属铸造桩核,推荐使用。

Abstract: Purpose : To Compare the clinical effect with two methods of repairing the flared root canals, semi-precious metal cast post core restoration and fiber post combined with accessory post resin core restoration. Methods: Choosing 68 flared root canal cases in clinic in the period from May 2012 to May 2013, 32 of them are repaired by semi-precious metal cast post core, and the rest are repaired by fiber post combined with accessory post resin core, compare the clinical effect in the next and second year. Results: The clinical survival of semi-precious metal cast post core is 87.5%,and the clinical survival of fiber post combined with accessory post resin core is 100%. The clinical effect of two methods has different (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of repairing flared root canals by fiber post combined with accessory post resin core is better than by semi-precious metal cast post core.
