摘要： [摘要] 目的 探讨保留修复体采用GBR技术治疗种植体周围炎的临床效果。方法 在保留修复体的前提下，采用GBR技术治疗种植体周围炎并观察术后骨修复情况。结果 经过3-12个月随访，可见种植体周围无进行性骨吸收，种植体周围的骨量得到较好恢复。结论 保留修复体采用引导骨再生技术治疗种植体周围炎具有良好的效果。

Abstract: Objective :To evaluate the clinical effects of using GBR technique in the treatment of peri-implantitis when keeping restoration.Methods:5 cases were treated with GBR technique when keeping restoration,and treatment effects were evaluated.Results :Follow-up was between 3 to 12 months,the bone around the implants was better regained,and no progressive bone resorption.Conclution: GBR technique is a practical Method to treat peri-implantitis when keeping restoration.
