摘要： 牙齿固连是牙齿萌出异常的一种，多见于乳磨牙。临床上患牙整个牙合 平面低于邻面牙龈的固连牙齿少见。本文报道1例右下颌第二乳磨牙完全固连于牙龈下方并伴有牙合 面深龋。结合相关文献，对该疾病的流行病学，临床表现，诊断及治疗等方面做相关介绍。

Abstract: Ankylosed tooth is a kind of eruption abnormality of the teeth.It arises more often in primary molars,while it’s rarely that occlusal surface of tooth is lower than proximal gingival clinically.We report a rare case of ankylosed mandibular right second primary molar which is below the gingival has a deep caries in the occlusal surface,and we try to make a detailed introduction about epidemiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment of the disease.
