摘要： 目的利用弯曲树脂根管研究Mtwo镍钛器械的成形能力。方法使用机用Mtwo和ProTaper预备两组弯曲树脂根管，记录弯曲树脂根管切割量和弯曲度的变化，并对预备前后弯曲树脂根管形态学改变、根管宽度和弯曲度变化进行分析和比较。结果两组机用镍钛器械在根管形态学、根管宽度和根管偏移方面无显著性差异。结论 Mtwo镍钛器械能够较好地完成弯曲树脂根管的预备。

Abstract: Objective To study the shaping ability of Mtwo instruments by perparing the simulated curved root canals.Methods Two groups resin blocks were prepared by Mtwo and ProTaper instruments.We recorded the materials removed and changing of the root canal shape.The images before and after preparation were superimposed and analyzed by software.Results There was no statistical signifcance between Mtwo and ProTaper instruments.Conclusions The Mtwo instruments show a good performance in preparing the simulated curved root canals.
