牙科综合治疗台水路微生物污染及防治

Microbial contamination of dental unit waterlines and its control methods

摘要: 牙科综合治疗台水路系统(dental unit waterline,DUWL)常存在严重的微生物污染。被污染的管道水可直接进入患者口腔,或形成气雾扩散在诊室空气中,潜在危害患者及牙科医务工作人员的健康。国内外对DUWL微生物的污染及防治已经有了一系列的研究。该文将从DUWL的污染现状、污染原因以及常见的污染控制方法这三个方面作一综述。

Abstract: Dental unit waterline (DUWL) output water can be heavily contaminated with microorganisms. Since patients and dental staff are regularly exposed to water and aerosols generated from the dental unit, contaminated DUWL water is considered as an occupational hazard. The features of DUWL contamination, the causes of DUWL contamination and the control methods of DUWL contamination have been researched for many years. The article reviewed these issues.
