摘要: 糖尿病患者的日益增长已经成为目前社会的关注的一大问题。持续性高血糖会危害机体各个组织,最终导致糖尿病患者的死亡。口腔组织会受到高血糖所带来的直接负面影响。大多数临床研究表明,即便是在中度不受控的糖尿病患者中,牙种植失败率与非糖尿病患者的差异也并不显著。如果能够实施正确的治疗方案、术前及术后合理使用预防性药物并进行充分的术后维护,受控良好的糖尿病患者与非患病人群拥有同样高的牙种植成功率。本文通过回顾近期糖尿病患者口腔种植研究资料,对糖尿病患者的牙种植治疗做一综述,同时基于改善骨整合的理论及实验研究结果,对提高糖尿病患者牙种植治疗成功率的措施提出一定的建议。
