牙周膜牵张成骨加速尖牙远中移动的研究进展

Research progress of the accelerated distal movement of canine by periodontal ligament distraction osteogenesis

摘要: 正畸治疗牙列拥挤患者通常需拔除第一前磨牙,远中移动尖牙来解除拥挤。第一前磨牙拔除后,影响尖牙远中移动的最大阻力来自尖牙远中的牙槽间隔。牙周膜牵张成骨能够有效地减小尖牙远中牙槽间隔的阻力,快速远中移动尖牙。其牙移动的基本组织变化与传统牙移动相似,差别主要体现在减阻后张力侧与压力侧组织改建的速度更快。实验已证明牙周膜牵张成骨能够快速远中移动尖牙,短期未观察到明显的并发症。

Abstract: It’s a common practice for orthodontists to extract first premolar and move canine distally to relieve crowding for patients with dental crowding. The biggest resistance for distal movement of canine is the interdental septum distal to canine after extraction of first premolar. Periodontal ligament distraction osteogenesis(PLDO) can decrease the resistance effectively and achieve the goal of rapid distal movement of canine. The histological changes of tooth movement after PLDO are similar to those of traditional tooth movement. The main difference lies in the remodeling speed. It has been confirmed that PLDO can move canine rapidly without complications in a short period.
