Research progress of the signaling pathway related to temporomandibular disorders

摘要: 信号通路(signaling pathway)存在于细胞各项生命活动当中,某些信号通路的转导与颞下颌关节紊乱病(temporomandibular disorders,TMD)的发生、发展具有显著相关性。最近几年,国内外在TMD相关信号通路的研究中取得重大进展,这也为进一步寻求TMD的精准医疗提供了新思路。

Abstract: The signaling pathway exists in all types of life activities of cells. It has been discovered that many signaling pathways are closely associated with the occurrence, development and prognosis of the temporomandibular disorders. In recent years, great progress has been made in the study of signaling pathways and their relationship with TMD, which provides a new way for the precision medicine of TMD.
