激光治疗种植体周围炎的应用及研究进展

Application and research progress of laser on peri-implantitis

摘要: 种植体已经大量应用于缺失牙的修复治疗。然而,种植体周围软组织炎症、骨丧失,已成为种植体脱落的重要原因。随着现代治疗手段的微创化,治疗种植体周围炎的理念已经朝着非手术方向发展。激光创伤小、具有较强的杀菌性能,使得其在牙周疾病方面得到广泛应用。鉴于此,诸多学者开始探索激光对种植体及其周围炎的作用并将其应用到临床实践中。本文拟对激光治疗种植体周围炎的研究和临床应用作一综述。

Abstract: Although implant denture is used widely in restoration treatment of the missing teeth, peri-implantitis, which is characterized as an inflammatory reaction that affects the hard and soft tissues, has been the main cause to the loss of implants. With the development of mini-invasive medical treatment, peri-implantitis management has developed towards non-surgical therapy. Laser has the advantages of mini-invasion and strong sterilization effects, which makes it used widely on periodontitis, so more and more research and clinical techniques have been taken in peri-implantitis to explore its effects on peri-implantitis and to apply it into clinical practice . In this paper, there will be an overview about the application and research progress of laser on peri-implantitis.
