椅旁CAD/CAM修复材料分类和新进展

摘要: [摘要]椅旁CAD/CAM修复材料的快速发展为修复治疗提供了更多方式。其材料按成分可分为传统玻璃陶瓷、加强型玻璃陶瓷、复合物陶瓷、快速结晶氧化锆以及聚合物等。随着数字化技术的发展,目前椅旁修复材料不仅可以用于制作常规单牙修复体、三单位固定桥,还可用于制作种植手术导板以及种植体上部结构。本文将回顾椅旁CAD/CAM修复材料特性并重点介绍近年来材料方面的新进展。

Abstract: Abstract: The rapid development of chairside CAD/CAM material provides the clinicians with more options to do rehabilitation treatment. Those types of blocks are mainly divided into the following categories:traditional glassceramic,reinforced glassceramic,hybrid material,zirconia and PMMA. With the aid of digital technology, it is possible to fabricate traditional single tooth restoration, threeunit bridge, and also the implant surgical guide and implant supported fixed restoration. This article presents the characteristics and the latest development of chairside CAD/CAM materials.
