口腔种植失败后治疗方案选择的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： ［摘要］种植义齿是修复牙列缺损、缺失的有效手段之一，同时种植失败病例也不可避免。种植失败后如何选择治疗方案受主观因素及客观因素影响，具体方案呈现多样化。本文基于50余篇文献对目前口腔种植失败后可行治疗方案、适用性及其优缺点等作出梳理，以期为临床实践提供若干指导。

关键词: 种植失败, 重植, 固定义齿, 可摘义齿

Abstract: Dental implant is an effective method of repairing dentition defect and deletion, however, implant failure is inevitable. There are various treatment options after failure of dental implantation since they are influenced by subjective and objective factors. In order to guide the clinical practice, this paper sorted out the available treatment options after failure of dental implant, and their applicability, advantages and disadvantages based on more than 50 literature.
