摘要: [摘要] B细胞参与的针对病源微生物的特异性体液免疫是牙周炎免疫过程中重要的组成部分。由B细胞所产生的抗体可清除病原体,也可因抗原交叉、分子拟态及表位扩展等原因破坏机体组织。此外,B细胞还可分泌细胞因子调节免疫反应,诱导活化破骨细胞并引发骨代谢失衡。再者,与B细胞密切相关的自身免疫反应也与牙周炎表现出相关性。因此,探讨B细胞的功能及作用,成为进一步理解牙周炎的关键。

Abstract: Previous research showed that B cell mediated humoral immunity play a major role in the process of periodontitis. The antibody producted by B cells, in this process, not only neutralize antigen but also destroy host tissues because of antigen cross, molecular mimicry or epitope spreading. In addition, B cells secretes cytokines to regulate immune process, active osteoclast then lead to imbalance of bone formation and resorption. Furthermore, autoimmunity related to B cell also has something to do with periodontits. As a result, exploring B cells’ function and influence became the key of understanding periodontitis.
