摘要: 适宜、稳定的支抗是正畸治疗成败的关键,有效的支抗控制对正畸治疗尤为关键,在口腔正畸治疗中支抗的控制一直备受正畸医生的关注。在临床操作中正畸医生采用多种措施对磨牙进行支抗控制,如:种植体、后倾曲、Nance弓、横腭杆等,本文针对生理性支抗矫治技术关于磨牙支抗的控制作一概述。

Abstract: An effective and a stable anchorage is the key to a successful orthodontic treatment, effective control of the anchorage in orthodontic treatment is particularly important,the orthodontics who have paid more attention to anchorage control in orthodontics treatment.there are a large number of methods to strengthen the control of molars in clinical treatment, such as: tip-back bend、 transpalatal arch、Nance arch 、implants, etc., In this paper which reviewing on a problem that how the Anchorage Spee‵s-wire system control the anchorage of the molar.
