摘要： 复合树脂因具有诸多优点而在临床中得到广泛应用。具有再矿化功能的生物活性填料增强复合树脂得到了学界广泛关注，近年研究人员开发此类复合树脂的离子再充、抑菌和抗蛋白质吸附功能，使其成为具有复合功能的新型材料。该文将对增强复合树脂研究作一综述。

Abstract: Composite resins are widely used in clinic because of their various advantages. Bioactive filler-reinforced composite resins with remineralization function have attracted extensive attention in the academic field. In recent years, researchers have developed ion recharge, bacteriostatic and protein-repellent functions of such composite resins, making them a new material with composite functions. The review focuses on the progress of bioactive fillers.
