摘要: 种植修复经过数十年的发展,其整体成功率已经达到了较为满意的水平,但前牙美学区仍有不少的失败案例,尤其是因美学效果不佳而造成的失败。若在美学区种植修复后出现唇侧丰满度不佳会极大地影响美学效果,给患者造成较大的困扰,其后期处理也相对繁琐,临床上并没有统一的解决方法。本文旨在总结回顾相关文献的基础上,对美学区种植修复后出现唇侧丰满度不佳的解决策略进行讨论,使得临床医生在面对这类问题时可以有一个更全面的考量。
