摘要: 玻璃纤维复合材料和聚亚苯基聚合物凭借其良好的物理性能及生物安全性已广泛应用于生物医学领域,近年来有研究显示玻璃纤维增强复合材料和聚亚苯基聚合物所制作的正畸弓丝与传统的金属弓丝具有相近的性能,因此,本文主要综述了由不同类型的玻璃纤维增强复合材料和聚亚苯基聚合物所研制的无金属透明正畸弓丝,旨在具有美观性能的无金属透明弓丝的诞生提供科研思路。

Abstract: Currently, the orthodontic arch wire is mainly made of metal materials. This kind of arch wire not only has poor aesthetics but also gradually releases metal elements which are easy to cause allergic reactions of patients. Although some metal orthodontic wires are coated with enamel-like coatings in clinical practice, the chemical coatings on the surface of the wires will wear and peel off and age over time,which can not meet the aesthetic requirements of patients . In recent years, glass fiber reinforced composites and polyphenylene polymers have been used as a new generation of metal-free transparent arch wires.
